A graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, Dr. Bouvier completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in public health at University of California, Berkeley, his internship at the USAF Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas, residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital and completed a fellowship in Ophthalmology at the Albany Medical Center. Dr. Bouvier is board certified in Ophthalmology. When in the office you will notice photos of airplanes. Dr. Bouvier served in the Air Force as a Flight Surgeon and loves seeing veterans in the office.
